They don't stand behind the products they sell. I had a failure on a 2yr Trane system (supposed to be one of the best) that they installed on our new home and throughout our whole neighborhood. The failed part was covered by Trane but had to pay full labor and assessment to Sandpiper....about $200 about an hour total labor and wait 5 days with no heat in January!! I was rudely accosted by the owner when I asked if he would help eat some of the cost since the failed unit was so new. I paid him full price and moved on.As a business owner also, I stand behind the
