DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I had the same experience as another reviewer (dated 9/4/2011 medmind); took the rug to be appraised, then Azad suggested tea staining to bring back the natural patina of the rug. He asked for a credit card up front prior to the work being done. I declined to give that saying I would pay for the services upon completion. On the day we went to pickup the rug and pay, he conveniently said he did not have the appraisal at this shop and gave his word he would mail it. It has been 3 weeks and no appraisal in the mail.
