I went to El Toro and I must say the food was excellent. It is a great casual dining experience. You order at the counter and wait for your number, knowing your numbers in Spanish will be helpful. When we went the manager came out and brought us our food. I guess he figured we might not know what 84 was in Spanish. The food quality and taste was head and shoulder above the other special number 8 with beans and rice TexMex restaurants in the area that cost twice the price! A steak taco is $1.70.
