The main office staff are very aggressive and conduct no conflict resolution to revelant issues, they are connected to a law firm and submitts any bill that they believe has an unpaid balance for litigation with additional charges, this is all done with out no prior communication with the customer. Be careful! you may spend $2500 and get additional charges without the camp validating such charges.
