In the past couple of months I have been to this location several times and each time the customer service gets worse and worse. On one trip, there were at least 8 other customers jammed into the lobby waiting to be helped as the 3-4 person staff sat in the 'break room' which is right outside the lobby, talking and signing to each other. One women left stating she couldn't wait any longer. I passed it off as a busy night, however I again visited this location, this time when there was no one else there - I checked in and was told they were cleaning my bed.
