Do not use this branch of Old Hickory Buildings. The office is dirty and has a horrible smell, like unwashed bodies. Dana Niall is obnoxious and unwilling to do anything to help when there is a problem. My building had still not been delivered 10 days after I placed my deposit, I had called 5 days earlier to check on the status of the delivery since the weather was hit or miss. He blew me off and just said he didn't know, when of course all he had to do was call the driver and ask. Turns out the driver never recieved my work order. Had he called to check on wh
