Cat Care Hospital is a full-service veterinary hospital that provides veterinary care just for cats. The following describes a few of the services which we offer: Surgery This includes routine surgeries such as spays and neuters to more complicated procedures such as abdominal or bladder surgeries. Health Screenings and Examinations We offer physical examinations for medical problems and also annual examinations for healthy cats. Laboratory panels are recommended based on the cat's age and health status. Cat Care Hospital Grooming Our grooming services typically involve comb-outs for longhaired cats or lion-cuts, where longhaired cats are shaved for the warmer months of the year to keep them more comfortable and to prevent matting. We also perform sanitary clips for certain cats to help them maintain proper hygiene and offer baths to correct certain skin disorders. Boarding Our boarding cages are large and comfortable. Clients are encouraged to bring their own food, toys and bedding for their cats' stay. Cat Care Hospital Behavior Consultations We offer behavior consultations to our clients. These cases typically involve cats that are urinating in inappropriate places or excessively aggressive behavior towards other cats in the household. Dental Examinations and Cleaning We stress good oral hygiene for our patients and are able to perform a thorough and complete dental cleaning, including taking dental x-rays, at our hospital. Additional services include providing access to endoscopy and ultrasound procedures. Cat Care Hospital also carries a wide range of prescription diets from Purina and Hills. Other specific diets can be ordered specially through the hospital. Cat Care Hospital also carries a wide range of flea and tick preventatives such as Advantage, Frontline Plus, Revolution, Program and Heartgard. Various topical products such as moisturizers, shampoos, allergen-reducing wipes and nutritional supplements are also available at t
