After reading a review on another site for this same business I have come to the conclusion that this person must have had a bad day before entering Your Eye Shop. Everytime I have gone into this establishment I have received nothing but helpful customer service from the employees. I was pleased that I received a reminder call about my appointment. Otherwise I would have completely forgotten. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and then taken to the Doctor for my exam. This was early afternoon and before close of the day I was wearing my new glasses out the door. I
