They showed up, on time, with no equipment on the truck to do the pre-described job. The plumber said that he would be back the very next morning to start the job. He didn't show and didn't call. Nothing was done to alleviate the issue or retain my business. The company came recommended from a friend, so I called the friend to tell him to stop doing so. Apparently, they don't need the business.
