I came in needing a convenient embroider close by to order big orders for a cancer organization, for apparel & to help raise awareness. I ordered hats & visors. The day I went in to make the order I drew out on a sheet of paper front, back, & sides of how I wanted it. Then after several emails between Joe & I about how I wanted it & paying for the digitize, etc..He confirmed with me on the phone to make sure everything was in order how I wanted it. I get an invoice saying its all done. I pick it up 2 days later and the hats & visors are half done..Not do
