Horizons Unlimited is terrible!!! I feel sad when I think about how much the kids are ignored there. The "teachers" spend more time sending text messages on their cell phones that paying attention to the kids. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would make the improvements they said they would, but after months and months there was no change. We pulled my daughter out, and would never consider going there again.
