Have fun getting audited! Both tax officers are under investigation by the MN Dept. of Revenue and IRS. There was a HUGE round of audits last year due to a history of bad tax advise. Words from my auditors mouth "this company is under investigation and will aggressively be brought back into compliance" . Also, they refused to help or represent me with the audit process. Don t believe me? Just call the MN Dept of Revenue! Oh, 4 years of bad tax advise only cost me $14,000! That was for back taxes, interest, but NO penalty. The auditor assed no penalty
