Called Dirt Cheap Atv's to see if I could buy a replacement manual for a Roketa motor scooter that we had purchased at an estate sale.The guy at the sale told us that it was bought from Dirt Cheap so I figured I would call them first. The lady that answered the phone was not interested in helping in any way, she stated that they could barely get the manuals themselves.
