All I can say is WOW!! This hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had made reservations at what we thought was the Holiday Inn, but found out it was really a Clarion Inn (Not so WOW). We called the new Holiday Inn to get directions, Brandy the front desk girl was most helpful. Everyone had a smile on there face and was very happy to accommodate us. Breakfast the next morning was delicous, my husband loved the homemade waffles. When coming to Winter Haven FL the Holiday Inn is the place to stay.
