Had a horrible horrible experience with this business, in part due to following the advice of previous reviews on the internet. Poor communication, faulty materials, failure to show up when promised, and threats of lawsuits or work stoppage for no valid reason. This business has an F rating from the BBB, with 4 complaints in the last year due to problems with warranty, product, or simply failure to respond.
