I locked my file cabinet keys in my file cabinet (yeah, duh). To get my purse and car/house keys out of the file cabinet, the lock had to be broken. I first went to an office supply store and bought a replacement lock for $24 . To see if I could get a better deal, I went to another office supply store and was told that once the lock was broken, there was no fixing it, a new cabinet had to be purchased.
