Review
I began Fletcher pilates at Lonestar Pilates 2 years ago at age 59 and have found it to be the most satisfying exercise experience of my life. I look forward to every class but more importantly to the way I feel at the end of the session. The positive change in my body is obvious to others and the effect on my well being and health obvious to me. I recommend Laura and her wonderful staff with the highest rating and regard for their excellence and look forward to my best years yet to come doing pilates.
