I was extremely disappointed in the results I got when contacting Costco by phone. There wasd very poor information from automated phone response. I needed to speak with a person. No matter the option I selected I just got more automated responses. When I selected "O" as a final option in hopes of getting an operator, all I heard was "Good bye." I'll look elsewhere for this and future needs to be met.
