I'm so glad all reviews I've seen concur with my awful experience. I have had 4 service calls and the nightmare continues. The first visit they broke my cooktop glass because the tech didn't what he was doing! The follow ups continue with new problems with the replacement top. The office staff and their techs are extremely rude and now I won't let them return due to the verbal abuse from the last visit, the tech actually tried to accuse me of causing the problem. Why don't companies remove them from their vendor lists after so many negative reviews. Stay away
