I have never used their service but I was rear-ended in stopping traffic by one of their tow truck. The driver seems like he was driving under the influence of somethng because he looks quite odd. He said to called his boss to take care of the accident and the guy yelled at me like it was an inconvenience I've caused while his employee hit me. I did not hear an apology from either one of these two people (the driver and the boss). I think from just dealing with them that this business is horrible.
