My primary pain doctor decided to join their practice in November, so I followed him over. In the beginning things were great. I felt the staff was wonderful and the care I was getting, incredible. After only 1 month, they knew me by name and addressed me by it. It was very nice. Then suddenly after 1 month of treatments, I get a phone call out of the blue.
