Review
The gowns that were created for a large bridal party were lovely. The fit, the alteration process, the work of the seamstress (or lack of work!), and Pat were beyond disappointing. The management of the store is a disaster and the attitude, arrogance, and complete lack of respect for her customer is so apparent in every interaction with Pat. If you opt to look or buy a gown, buy it and walk away with it. The less you have to deal with Pat and her team, the better for you!
