This company distributes a coupon which states that they will do tile floors for 30 cents a sq foot. The tech measured an area in my kitchen 16 ft longer than the area I asked to be cleaned. He overcharged me by $30. I did not see this until he left & I looked over the invoice. I called the owner & complained & he said he would HAVE TO come out in five days to "make it right" He not come or call.
