My parents and I both signed up with this business in the fall for 2013/14 winter snow removal. Between my parents, and my home we were left unplowed over 6 times. And by unplowed I mean, over 2 inches of snow, and other neighbors driveways were plowed by other businesses. To make matters worse, he has disabled his answering machine, so no messages can be left. Basically ignoring his customers. His dad did a great job running the business, and now that the son owns it, all he did was run it into the ground!!!
