I have lived at Chatham Forest Apartments for over 8 years now. I love living here a real sense of community. All I can say about the comment above is I'm sure they were asked to leave. Chatham Forest does not hesitate about asking people to leave if they are a problem to the community. To the best of my knowledge everyone who moves in Chatham Forest has to have a criminal check run before they move in. I know I had to.
