Not sure that I understand the rude receptionist staff's acceptance that it is okay for them to argue amongst themselves in front of patients, all the while shoving all this paperwork at patients while not explaining a thing. Then they turn around and gossip about others right in front of everyone! So extremely unprofessional!!
