I have moved a lot due to jobs, college, or just not happy with location. This is the only company that has ever not given me back my deposit. They charged over $330 for painting and carpet scrubbing. I cleaned that apartment thoroughly and even spackled the small nail holes I made. I would absolutely suggest not getting an apartment with them.
