I have lived here for a little over 3 yrs. In my opinion they(Housing) don't abide by their own lease in certain areas. They are: according to the lease give you a 2 day written notice before entering your apartment unless there is an emergency.Maint. crew was in my apartment today to replace a sink plug-wasn't given noticed- I didn't put in a request for this to be done. Renters are verbably forbidden to put flowers in flower beds-Pourch potted plants are supposed to be allowed.(There is nothing in the lease forbidding flowers in the flowerbeds. even though t
