Me and my husband just renewed our lease and are moving into a bigger apartment. I NEVER should have considered renewing with Royal Oaks!!!I just came from the leasing office and the Leasing Manager (Tracy LaCava) was yelling at me and was extremely rude to me because of a lack of communication that occured between the people who work there. I was suppose to pick up my key today and start moving my stuff in today.
