Four trips, $632, the first problem was never fixed. A huge problem was created with the brakes....which they did fix after I called and demanded that it was fixed, but when they returned the vehicle only three of the six lugnuts were tightened. The other three were so loose I could turn them with my fingers. There was never one word of communication from the service people. I had to keep calling them to find out why my truck hadn't been returned on time and why it sounded so bad when I stepped the brakes. Never any answers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT EVEN WORS
