A male driven workplace that offers no comfort to female employees and does NOT do background checks when hiring, example, Ernest Garza their Data and Comm Division Manager had restraining orders against him by two different females in the past 10 years, Milwaukee Court Case: 2004CV009907 & Racine Court Case: 2004CV000271. Was this not considered when he was hired, placing the females hired by Lemberg Electric in danger of predators like this does not make Lemberg Electric a safe environment for women.
