Unfortunately did not have good results with CBI. When our alarm has gone off CBI has failed to call/contact us. Additionally, we had a brief home visit for a small repair on a door switch and got charged $75 (less than 1 minute of repair time - literally) and the repair that was done did not work. Contacted CBI 3 times now regarding this and still just getting bills for $75 without any contact regarding getting the person to come back out to actually fix the door. One of the problems is that for about 90% of their incoming calls they use an outside an
