Valued friend recommended The Piccaddilly at Mahattan in Maplewood, MO for a good place to try. Still have the friend but will not return to The Piccadilly. Went at a weekday lunch. The restaursant was not crowded, sat ourselves and waited while the server carried on a "flirty" conversation with a table of men. When she finally got around to us she was amazed that we had no menus since there were none on the table and no one else waiting on tables.
