Dirty! I saw a spider in the reception area and a cockroach crawled on to my seat while I was on it! The dentist did not give me much feedback about the fillings I needed. I am sure she said 2 and I ended up with 3. I felt like I was in an assembly line, she immediately left after I was done for lunch and when I came to pay they did not know how many fillings I got and I had to wait.
