I was a member of this place for a while but then one day they wouldn't let me in. Woman said it was because my membership was expired. I'm not sure how this happened they had been running my credit card monthly so really not sure why they stopped. The woman at the front desk was not trained on how to enter a credit card (how hard can it be) so I told her I would go grab one of my free guest passes at home. She said I couldn't use a guest pass since I was a member. How ridiculous. These people are complete and utter morons. Now they have a collection agency on my tail. What
