I had to give the augusta store a average rating simply because I feel the selection and the set-up of the store itself is wonderful. I also use the coupons quite often, probably 90% of the time i shop there, but unfortunately the staff leaves quite a bit to be desired. It has not been on just one visit, but almost every time, whether it's a question about stock, out-of -stock, returns, over-charging, signing up for classes, each time I have yet to be greeted with a smile of a pleasant greeting.
