Cherry Realty is THE most horrible realty company I have ever dealt with. No compassion, inept staff, and constant errors. They opened eviction cases against me FOUR times because they thought I didn't pay my rent (I had the receipt each time). For some reason, they are too ignorant to check their own receipt books because they made me fax a copy of the receipt or go by the office to "prove I paid my rent on time".
