The Waterhole is Fallon's #1 Steak House. The best cooked steak in Fallon in 12 years. I like mine Medium Rare and my wife likes hers well done. Hers has always had to go back to the kitchen or was burn't to a crisp. Not this time. My steak was perfect and so was my wife's. Hers was so juicy she thought is wasn't done enough but, I cut into it and it was perfect. No pink meat, Nice and brown throughout!!!!! The first time anybody has got it right.
