These guys are a Kansas City Institution! I have been using them for about 20 years and my mother called them when I was growing up. Their techs are always so polite and knowledgeable. It seems like they really care about my bug problems, which is unusual these days. I usually do their "Diamond Program" where they treat inside and out the first time, them they come back quarterly to treat the outside. Free callbacks if I ever have any problems.
