I took my 2 dogs to Patricia's several times. The first time I went I had to take my Yorkie to the vet because the "noose" they use when grooming had been too tight and had irritated her throat. which resulted in a vet bill of over $100. Patricia gave me a discount and apologized for this incident so I took my dogs back to her. For EACH and EVERY appointment afterwards she would tell me to have them there by 7:30 am and not once was she there at 7:30am I waited until well past 8:00am for her several times.
