Has to be one of the most difficult and unsatisfying purchases I have ever made online. I ordered a trunk, mounting rack, bag insert, liners, and a chrome top rack at a cost of $1300 from these folks. Waited a couple of weeks, heard nothing, so contacted them. They used their standard excuse that Daytona had taken most of their time, they would ship my items right out to me. 2 weeks later I received the trunk and the liners.
