I had been to Hair Wave sveral times before, always as a walkin. This morning I decided, since it was a saturday I would call for an appointment.I called an got an appointment for 11AM. Arriving 10 minuets early. ( I am never late for any appointment, always early) I was promtly greated by a stylist by the name of Heidi. I sat for 1 hour never talked to again. Walkin where coming in and being seen. One girl took a 1/2 hour lunch break. Another person with atwo children and a husband came in and visted in the work area for about 20 minuets.While all
