Burns made good on their warranty and came out to check on the complaints I had on the Kenmore washer dryer set. They retrieved the set after confirming the problems and replaced them today. It's a long drive from Van to Tyler so I appreciate the great customer service. All in all my experience was a little inconvenient being that I had to take two days off work but I couldn't ask for better customer service with th ereplacement of the defective items and the issuance of an extended warranty. Thanks Burns!!
