Dishonest plumbers! Will try to rip you off at any turn! I had a hot water heater replacement through Sears and they subcontracted the installation to this company. It was a nightmare from the get go. Even though the cost of the installation was covered by Sears, right off the bat they tried to get me to pay them directly for the installation. After that was squared away when they came to install the water heater he said I needed a electric shut off box which would run me $300 (which I already had), $100 for a bonding wire (total ripoff) and $175 to
