I own a bmw and an Audi that I've been taking to 5 star for over 4years. There's been more than one time that I apparently feel our car's have issues and take them in and leave them for inspection of the apparent failures. In some of these occasions I get a call back from the shop telling me that the car has absolutely nothing wrong. I am very caring with my cars, so sometimes I feel things that are normal and confuse them for problems. Very honest shop.
