If you have a return, it's simply a nightmare. I ordered a frame for Christmas 2009 and I'm still trying to resolve a return. So the $20 frame came damaged. I tried to notify them and get a replacement. Calls and emails went unanswered so I just bought a new frame from them and it shipped in time for Christmas and it was great. After Christmas I tried to return the original, and I shipped it back as instructed but it came back "return to sender."
