This is the absolute worst place to have your property managed. I have owned properties for many years. In New York City I have always been responsive to my tenants needs and concerns. I wish i could say the same for this company. I signed a contract with them to manage my property in July 2013 and i had to end it in March 2014... Due to very very very poor communication honorable advertising and very poor lack luster maintenance. Which cost me by the way in the amount of almost a thousand dollars.
