They are very inexperienced concrete layers who when they did work for us did not repair properly. They do not guarantee their work, read the fine print. If you get stenciling done they do not guarantee the work. Larry who called me back was extremely rude and hung up on me when I tried to explain why I believe they need to redo the concrete. He not only hung up once, he hung up three times and he had called me back! They have an F (for fail) with the Better Business Bureau.
