Review
had a great experience the first time renting and attempted to rent the same RV a 2nd time. The 2nd attempt go mixed up resulting in being stuck with a more expensive, heavier RV that required a trailer brake. Was told I had to absorb the more expensive unit and pay for the trailer brake. They did not offer anything other than take this one, a small pop up that would not work, or cancel. I offered to meet them half way on the total cost and they refused stating the mix up was my fault. If that is the way they wish to treat customers, I will go else where.
