My family and I live in Llano and decided to go to Marble Falls for dinner. We took a wrong turn and found Francesco's Italian Restaurant on Hwy 281. Having no plans, we decided to gamble. It didn't pay off. The food was horrible. The service was fair. One of us ordered pasta that came out 1/2 cooked. The bottom of the dish had pasta that was not completely cooked. When we told the waitress she offered us something else in its place. We accepted...the manager or owner, who knows, came up and said that she would still have to charge us for 1/2 the meal since it was 1/2 eate
